• Source candidates for open technical roles across multiple industries
• Screen and assess candidates for skill and client fit
• Manage the offer and placement process end-to-end
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical or IT recruiting experience
• Comfortable working multiple reqs at once
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• ATS experience preferred
